Please review these terms and conditions thoroughly before making a reservation or utilizing our
services. By booking a stay at TJ Boutique, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms
and conditions:
Reservation and Payment:
To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is to be settled upon arrival.
We accept Visa and Mastercard and most amjor bank cards. Please note that we reserve the right to
charge a 30% deposit of the total price uppon booking stage.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 3 days prior to the arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations after that full stay charge apply.
No-shows or early departures will be charged for the full stay.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in time is from 2 PM, and check-out time is by 11 AM.
Check-in proccess should be done at Cerviola Hotel (located 200 meters away from TJ boutique
accommodation)
The front desk at Cerviola Hotel is open 24/7, allowing you the flexibility to check in at your convenience
anytime after 2pm.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guest Responsibilities:
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property or its contents during their stay
(refoundable secure deposit can apply)
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking violations.
Pets are not allowed unless specified otherwise. Violation of this policy may result in additional charges.
Liability:
TJ Boutique accommodation is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings.
The hotel is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health-related issues that may occur during
your stay.
Privacy Policy:
TJ Boutique accommodation respects your privacy. Personal information collected during the
reservation process will be used solely for the purpose of your booking and will not be shared with third
parties.
Services and Amenities:
While we strive to provide all advertised services, TJ Boutique accommodation reserves the right to
modify or discontinue any amenities without prior notice.
Majeure Force :
TJ Boutique accommodation is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our
control that may affect your stay, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or
acts of terrorism.
Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, and
any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
By making a reservation at TJ Boutique accommodation, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. TJ Boutique accommodation reserves the right
to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
